The Homegrown product joins the first team after spending two seasons with Toronto FC II in the United Soccer League (USL). He signed with TFC II on February 9, 2016. During the 2015 season he was a call up from the Kia Toronto FC Senior Academy team. Fraser originally joined the Kia Toronto FC Academy in January 2013. The Toronto native has also served as captain during U-20 World Cup qualifiers for Canada.

2015: Appeared in 10 matches, starting in seven, while logging 668 minutes during the 2015 USL regular season for Toronto FC II. Made his professional debut for Toronto FC II and the USL on June 6 vs Harrisburg City Islanders. Was called up to Toronto FC II from the Kia Toronto FC Senior Academy Team. FRIENDLY MATCH. Came on in the 45th minutes and scored in penalty kicks on Tuesday, July 28 vs AS Roma Primavera.

2021: Sent on season long loan to Columbus SC on May 3rd 2021.

At the end of the 2021 season he left the team at the expiry of his contract. Later signed for Deinze in Belgium
