TFC went into the final of this tournament with a makeshift side of trialists, reserves and Academy players as most of the first team who might be involved in Wednesday's Champions League game against LA Galaxy at the Rogers Centre had already flown home. Not a bad showing for the youngsters against a full strength Vancouver !!!
